Orders ship from our warehouse in Washington State in about 1-3 business days Go Green Now is closed Saturdays and Sundays. In order to conserve resources, we reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials, so please do not be surprised to receive your order in a gently used box. We also use 100% Post Consumer Waste, tissue paper, wrapping paper and all invoicing documents.
Holiday Schedule:
GGN will be observing the following days for 2012 and will be closed:

Labor Day Sept.3rd, Veterans Day Nov.12th,
Thanksgiving Nov. 22nd, Christmas Eve Dec. 24th and
New Years Day Jan. 1st 2013
The UPS and USPS holiday schedule will be in effect for the 2012 holiday season. Please refer to the PDF for how shipping will be affected for packages sent UPS or USPS.

Shipping and Handling:
Orders will be shipped 1 - 3 business days after order confirmation email is received. GGN ships via UPS and USPS. Transit time varies based on final destination. Most domestic transit time is between 3 – 7 days. International shipping may take longer.
GGN will not charge your acct. until your item(s) have shipped.
International Orders and Shipments:
GGN is not responsible for additional charges associated with customs duties, import taxes, or import fees. It is the responsibility of the recipient to establish contact with customs of the country of import in the event further action is needed for clearance of customs. Delays may be encountered for international shipments and the recipient accepts that there can be no guarantee of delivery transit times from GGN on international orders.
We also reserve the right to bill or collect payment on international shipments before they are shipped.
Cancellations/Change Order:
Cancellation requests or order changes must be submitted by email, or phone at (360) 933.1388 Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. Orders are shipped 1- 3 business days after order confirmation email is received.
Out of Stock Policy:
Some items may be out of stock when ordered. We will notify you if they are out of stock. We will make every effort to fulfill your order request ASAP. You may cancel, change or back order the desired item.
Claims/Returns:
GGN will not refund on damages that occur in transit or order discrepancies not reported within 15 business days of receipt. Customer assumes responsibility for completeness of order at time of receipt. No returned merchandise will be accepted for credit without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returned items must be in original packing condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping (both ways) and handling. Refusing any package at the time of delivery will incur additional return shipping fees. All transit damage claims will be filed with the shipping company if private shipping was arranged.
GGN will be happy to return or exchange any items that are in the original packaging, with packaging in good condition. Shipping on returns will be at the cost of the customer unless the item arrived to the customer damaged. GGN stands behind its products however due to the nature of a number of the items we sell, we cannot provide refunds on items that are not reusable such as baby bottles, nipples, water bottles, dog toys and sippy cups. Contact us direct if you are not satisfied with a product.
