Customers and familes have contributed their old market shopping bags and to date have saved over 5,000 bags, and counting, deverting them from landfill, becoming liter or waterways. She carefuly sorts bag colors, cuts bags into strips to make Plarn = Plastic Yarn. Crochets them together to make these fantastic sturdy bags! This bag took about 8 hours to crochet ! This stylish bag has saved over 60 plastic shopping bags from going into the waste stream ! It is 11 inches wide by 6 inches high with a cute shoulder strap and mother of pearl button to close purse. This is truely a one of a kind piece no two bags are alike. It is so stylish to Go Green !
